Insurance Not Accepted but paperwork for out of network benefits is provided.
Dr. Supraner only accepts direct payment per session and does not accept insurance, with the exception of Medicare, but can complete monthly bills for you to submit for out - of - network providers to your insurance company. You should contact your insurance company and inquire if they have the option to file for "out of network benefits". You should also inquire about your deductible and any other details of your insurance plan.
Benefits of Paying Out of Pocket
